Why it doesnot work?

c=[6.0,4,7]
c.Append (3,8)

append with lowercase and it takes one argument
c=[6.0,4,7]
c.append (3)
c.append(8)

or you can use the extend method

c.extend([3,8])

For getting output usually in Python we use print() # it's called print function

please use
print(c)

c=[6,0,4,7]
c.append (3)
c.append (8)
# append in small letters
# append takes only single input
