How much minimum RAM and Storage should a laptop have to qualify for Web developent.?

Actually I'm going to buy a laptop with 500Gb storage and 4GB RAM. is it okay??

It's okay.

In any case I think it depends on the tools you want to use. Chrome, VS Code, a terminal with 4 tabs, a music player and the normal consumption of the system to me consume me about 4 GB of RAM

I have not used any of the tools yet. I have been developing simple apps on Codepen only.
but now I wanted to step out of online IDEs and frankly speaking I don't have much idea of what tools I will use (except sublime text).

So, simply the aim is: I want to complete all the free code camps curriculum from its head to toe, complete all the projects and make some projects on my own too.
All this to add on my portfolio.

additionaly if u dont mind You can also suggest me useful developer tools.
