It is hard to get a free mentor these days I think. Anyway, try to specify what would you like to do as a programmer (hardware programming, sofware, web apps or pages) and what is you english level

Python is like my last known language but is simple, so if you would like to practice some algorithms using it, I am more than ready to help. But! for HTML, if You haven't already seen it, google for "w3 schools" or something along those lines. It is free and very good site for learn8ng html, css and javaScript. For Python and really all programming languages, visit Udemy. You have to pay usually around 20$ for one course but they include a lot of videos created by proffesionals, some papers on hard concepts, almost instant help from the creator of the course and much much more. I would reccomend you to really check that one out
