The easiest way is to record macro - you can do it without knowing coding:
- add developer tab
- insert on sheet button from developer tab (you can desing button properties for example change it's caption to "button for inserting row :)"
- click on record macro
- go to your sheet when you want to add row and add row as you normally do)
- click off record macro
- put generated code from recorded macro for adding row to button click function
