I need a hands on approach. Is there any format like Sketchware for Windows?

I found this neat app called Sketchware for Android. So I like that format it uses especially that drag and drop component feature. I was hoping that someone had something in mind they could share with me like that for Windows thanks

Yes, but I was wondering if anybody has any good visual studio community addon's that are like the android app sketchware. Basically allowing you to drag and drop blocks of code like if else, and like all the math elements things like that, but I'm downloading adobe flex right now. So I'm going to check this open source software out and see how I like it. And I'll get back with ya'll to let you know thanks guys

"(Copy and pasted from source https://www.adobe.com/products/flex.html)What is Flex? Flex is a highly productive, open source application framework for building and maintaining expressive web applications that deploy consistently on all major browsers, desktops, and devices. It provides a modern, standards-based language and programming model that supports common design patterns suitable for developers from many backgrounds."
