Mask an image c#

Question

hi, im new to c# here's my prob
i need to mask an image with another but i need it to be as fast as possible here's what i tried so far :

working with bitmap images and mask it pixel by pixel
using lockbits etc

set it as a canvas background mask it then exporting it

any suggestions? thanks in advance
