How to make a blog template?

My blog/website is almost complete except for the blog part, I want to know if I can make a blog template that all my blogs go into without making a new file every time. Also are there any web servers that let me put my blog nicely into a doc and then they post that automatically?

Ummmm, you draw it with pen and pencil then use your HTML and CSS to get a similar design

Yeah, you can make a template and store each post in a database. Just load each piece of information from the database for each blog post depending on what the user wants to view.

Do you have a server? You can usually find an Apache server for free online or you can get a host plan and they also usually come with a Cpanel so you can setup a database and upload your website files.
