What kind of IT companies are you interested in? (Gaming, SNS, security, network, SI, etc...)
Position? Job type? Location?

Required skill sets are really different. You can narrow down your dream job and learn what kind of skills you need.
Find and talk with people who works for similar companies.

Of course, you can always launch your “own” IT company as a founder, if you can develop good business model and build a good team. :-)
