Is Sololearn Tutorial enough to understand and learn basic of any provided languages??

I had all the books on C Language in the market on my table....around a dozen authors....but i could not learn C since PRACTICE is required..Here at SoloLearn the PRACTICE.....RUN...Methods are superb to learn the Fundamentals
