Website Databases on SoloLearn

Question

I've not started too long ago, so I have not done many courses (and have yet to finish one)
But since sololearn helps me learn to make a website, I was wondeeing how it will allow users to sign up for my website. I know they need a form and will have to store the info in an online database.

My question is, what code is used for databases?
I used to think MySQL and PHP were the big boss battles of databases (and still do), but in the playground I only see html css and js linked together.

Are databases to websotes possible here? How do I implement it? Or rather, what courses do I look to to learn it all? Or at least the basics?

Unfortunately the code playground doesn't allow you to use s framework or connect to a database to store others credentials you can just try the frontend make up not the backend that is another topic
