This question gives: 7, = 7, & "7", as choices, where 7 is the right answer. I'm guessing you ended up selecting the wrong one given how close they display together. It happened to me a few times that my finger selected the wrong answer.

I went back to the same problem and put 7 out of the answers (=7) , (7) and ("7"), and its showing correrct. There may some mistake in your dragging so please try again with the same answer.
