The 3 are great languages, but if you want to increase your chances of getting a job at Google, then you'll have to focus MORE on C++ or Java. However, if you're looking to work with Microsoft, you'll increase your chances by learning C#

Java is simpler as it doesn't have pointers, has great online tutorials and is an in demand object oriented programming language. Many more companies use Java in their software stack than C++/C#. C++ is great too but humongous. So I would suggest Java hands down. Read here:- http://crbtech.in/Java-Training/learning-java-will-provide-lurcrative-career/
