Question

for the html videos,is it required that the video you want to insert would be a URL? or it can be a file on your device.
i tried using a file name in my device and it couldn't play or open

Yes Princilla , it should be an URL. If you want to insert a video from ur device, just upload the video to anywhere like Dropbox, WebHost, Google Cloud and other cloud services. Then copy the url of your uploaded video and use it as source url.
