How to create a collection of photos in a single frame.?

hello everyone. I wanted to create a collection of photos in a single frame. when someone tuches the particular photo it should pop up and get back. I want to create this using HTML and I have no idea on css can I make it using HTML any help appreciated thank you.

Alexander Sokolov I have not yet started coding it.bze i have no idea how to start.i want to add multiple photos in single block like small cell's when someone tuches a cell. the particular photo present in that cell should pop-up.
