Should I learn pure CSS or should I learn how to use perfectly a framework (Materialize, Bootstrap...etc)

I'm a developer student learning Front End, want to know suggestions.

Before using a framework it is advisable to have some knowledge about CSS, since it helps you a lot to do things that the framework may not include. Later you can continue to learn advanced things about CSS and the Framework at the same time, frameworks are usually not that complicated to learn.
