Laptop for CS degree

Hello from Malaysia!! I'll be taking CS degree,most probably in UK and currently deciding on what laptop to buy.Probably go for Macbook.Is it good for or do any of you have other suggestions?Tq in advance!!

When choosing a laptop for web programming, use the following 2 parameters
1. RAM size is not less than 4 GB
2. Mandatory matte screen. For the correct display of colors.

P.S. The mediated value is the size of the monitor, purely for its comfort.

All other parameters are secondary.
