1 - Ruby/Python
2 - PHP
3 - Java/Go

My preference is PHP, because I like the Laravel framework. I find there is a large commuity supporting Laravel, which helps with my general questions. Once you get your head around the framework - you will be suprise how quickly you can deploy your website.
