Try Python, As it has a wide range of modules for AI, mathematical, scientifical, scripting and backend Programming....

For thorough knowledge use the sololearn python and go to YouTube and watch Derek Banas Tutorials - - > He has a playlist of python from OOP, functional, Regex, database to GUI tutorials

I learned java as my first language and since then i have learned quite a few different languages but i still love java. I would recommend either python or java : ) not sure what apps you can find but kahn academy has a great easy way to learn coding that is similar to this app but more involved coding where as this app seems to be for someone who already has some coding knowledge.

Learn C++ as it is one of the most used languages although it's a little tough
