There are several different languages that you can use to develop apps, and deciding which to use is primarily based on the operating system you want to develop for.

Android development is done via Android Studio (an IDE), which uses Kotlin, Java, C++, and XML to develop the code for it. Sololearn currently doesn't have a course on Android development, but it is in development so it may come in the future.

IOS development is done with XCode (the IOS equivalent to Android Studio) which uses Swift to develop its codes. Sololearn does have a course on developing IOS apps using that combination, so I would recommend checking it out if you're interested.
