Start tomcat when startup.bat is missing

Question

Instead of installing tomcat I have copied it as a folder.However, In the tomcat/bin there is no startup.bat file. Is there any way to run this tomcat?

Why not download a zip from apache. Extract the startup.bat file and put it in your bin folder? Or maybe try again completely with a new tomcat.zip.
