having trouble with php interpretator in c++ server

so I have a code:

When I try to connect this server by browser,it properly shows html page,but not php datas(<?php echo "Hello World" ?>).So I know that it can be done with CGI but I'm having trouble with coding it.Can someone help me?

seems like you forgot the semicolon after your echo statement
