.msi is the extension for a microsoft installer, i believe. Just search .msi on the internet.

There are other engines avaiable though. I use Godot. Check it out.

I asked the that same thing on their IRC channel long ago, they said 'Your imagination is your limit.' Don't think that's true but Godot is good enough for me at least. However, if you do start using Godot, I recommend you read up on the OpenGL issue. I am not really good enough to explain that but you can ask on their IRC (or Discord).
