How do I make the button alphabet work.

i know about the error. the letter is the button of all alphabet . so what should i do?

I think the problem is on line 8:
check(Letter);
What means Letter?? It is not declared.

I don't understand why you need to call check(Letter) on start function, because Letter is nothing on start function
