You could officially post a licensed website on internet and buy a domain name......but u could also post ur website through various free public domains available on internet..... but some of them have a time limit.... thank you.... hope it helps.

manas pandey That's not hosting a website. That's buying a domain. You need to rent a server somewhere and setup a webserver.
