Can I learn programming alone without myself without special courses?
Can I learn programming from the beginning myself or it’s better have some courses? And which courses you can recommend? I never learn programming but always want to do it.

I learned a language from one page of someone else's notes, others looking at existing source code, so you don't have to have a course. However, the more detailed information makes it easier. I've coded in hundreds of languages and never spent more than 24 hours studying time to learn any of them. Most were under 2 hours. The hardest and longest one for me was Java, as my C++ background got in the way, preventing me from understanding how Java was different.

It depends.
Some learners are just good at understanding disorganized information. I'm not one of those people, but I make up for it by searching for more organized formats. I enjoy independent study because I can speed it up or slow it down depending on my schedule instead of trying to fit life in around a course schedule.
It also depends on the language. Some languages don't have (good) courses available while others don't have good references available.
Finally, it depends on the instructor. Some instructors don't add any clarity to the information while others can be phenomenal at what they do.
I think for HTML, SoloLearn and using the w3schools references will be sufficient.

You'll need some sort of reference to learn any language. If you have learnt any language previously, it shall help learn a new language faster.
