use online creators such as WIX or generators such as WYSIWYG web builder. website for mobiles is best done with Mobirise.

Better is subjective. I prefer knowing what's going on under the hood and being able to adjust things as I see fit, so I wouldn't beat my head against a WordPress or Wix site unless a client was willing to pay me to do so for them.

Nitesh clearly suggests he/she is looking for a better solution then HTML. if he/she already knew HTML the question would never be posted.

I don't see where Nitesh expresses explicitly ("clearly") that s/he doesn't want to program (red herring because HTML isn't programming), but even if s/he did, that doesn't change the subjectivity of the term "better". I'm not arguing Skipper's frame of reference, just making a point to Nitesh's phrasing. I try not to give the original poster too much credit because it's very rare in this forum for someone to post questions with as much clarity as Skipper's post suggests Nitesh had. If there is any doubt about that, just ask any moderator how many original posts they delete or modify on a regular basis.
