well all though learning html is quite easy. The use of it cant be done alone, knowing the basic web-designing skills will go along way. I suggest you learning the basics css and javascript to see the intresting machanics of the three combine. for example being able to color your webpage (what you make in html) to look more appealing to the human eye css will have you back or to gather user input,store it, or to react to a click on an object on ur webpage to do something javascript will be there
