Best tools for animation.

I want to make animation. What tool should I use (css, JavaScript or Adobe Animate)?

If you want to do it in sololearn, you can use CSS(see keyframes at the lesson) or use JavaScript(usually setInterval is helpful)...
You can also try HTML(SVG animations can be cool as well)...

So it depends on what you are looking for: a simple one re sth else...

Just quessing: css is more fast, but with the simplest result; js not so fast in download, but more power to do somethink and adobe animate has the longest page download, but also has more effect for complicate animation.
