Can we actually develop a web site by learning from this app ??

i mean does this app has everything to develop a web site on our own ..... or does we need to go and join in some institute ?? which one is better ??

I believe you can learn the totality of languages , then you are ready and after getting certification you need to do some challenges and explore through some websites (such as w3school) or also books.

Truth be told, I don't think so. Unless of course more advanced courses on these topics are introduced, and the challenges are made more difficult.
