Can Code blocks make IOS apps?

In the C++ tutorial, it tell you to install code blocks. I know that code blocks created an exe file. While I haven't installed code blocks yet, I wondered if it could create any other types of files like APK files for android or IOS apps (I think APP files). Does anyone know if it can?

in codeblocks directly, no, but there might be programs that can compile c++ code into an android app. i suggest searching
