Best Programming Courses to Work Overseas

what are some of the best courses one can take to secure work anywhere overseas?

I suppose it depends where you're at. "Overseas" is usually just the opposite side of where you're currently at. Where are you at right now and when you say "overseas," exactly which countries are you referring to seeking work? Not all countries are created equal or have the same opportunities. So the opportunities I talk about in the USA may not be the same opportunities that exist in the jungles of the Congo. See what I mean?

Also, in regards to programming, learning and getting good with any of the programming languages will probably secure you a job today. After you learn a programming language or two, then I would also learn SQL and maybe take a little time to at least learn the basics of websites (html, css, javascript, php/nodejs). This will make you well rounded in a world that's now online.
