Can i use phpmyadmin in android app

Hello ,Sololearn can I use PhpMyAdmin in android app which i created it ,on android studi.
If yes,pls tell me how to do it

You only need a browser and a remote/local host where PHP & PhpMyAdmin is installed, and a server running MySQL, why you want to create Android app for this when a browser is all you need?
