Which software are mainly used for making high quality games..like ubisoft and activision

i need some softwares which can make high quality or medium type games.

-Unity - uses C# for programming
-Unreal - uses C++ for programming
I'd recommend pairing them up with something like Visual Studio to maximise the efficiency.
