Yes I studied the basic of each languages ( html & css & JavaScript & JQuery & w3.css) now I'm studying bootstrap 4 in w3school website, but mt question was " is template is a good choosing or not ?" just 😊

html5-->CSS-->JavaScript

JQuery, w3.css, and Bootstrap are libraries which are used to make life easier and bring enhanced features to js, css, and html. This in mind you must learn the BIG 3 before diving into the others. Imo you should utilize all of them where best applicable.
