Can HTML be used to make 3D games?

Asides from the information about HTML that is already contained in the app, is there anything beyond it that can be used to make complex 3D games?

html alone can't allow you to make 3D games. You need CSS for styling(colourful display experience) and JavaScript for logic.

As Avinash said, HTML alone can't do very much, but the web trio combined (HTML, CSS, and Javascript) can make beautiful things.
