Is this any use of c++ programing in MECHNICAL ENGINEERING

Only if you want to advance in machine learning and stuff like that. C++ can be your base in that case. Apart from that i don't think its needed much. P.S- In India if you want to work for IT companies, you might find it useful ;)

For that try different language. Python php etc can be useful. C++ is a basic language with very less scope for application

In advanced mechanical engineering c++ is highly used, for example developing finite elements softwares using pointers and parallel programming (like cuda) is so important for any simulation of mechanical parts or materials or related. As well is used for programming for example tcp/IP protocols for control some kind of robots and so on, simulators can be developed using c++ based on the differential equations of the systems .... so yes highly used mostly in simulation and some communication protocols
