It depends on what you want to create and the time is determined by the type of website you want to develop

Well, the most important subtopics are the ones you decide. You can use navigators and articles, while you can also use divs. In Html, there are a lot of different ways to build a website. Quick note: I developed a website in 6 months with a friend.

Depends on your goals, small personal websites are really easy, as they are not required to be 100% correct, so can be built faster than a professional site. I stick with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, just the basics. Now a professional site is going to have SEO, Security, a server language(node.js, php, ajax, etc..), along with the basics. Sites like these are easier with multiple people focusing on different parts, as it can take some time.

It can take a long time to build a professional website. Basic ones take time too. Start with learning navigation and div arrangement (display & position) and dive into CSS. You will be surprised at what you can achieve with CSS and might not need javascript as much as you think you will.

If your goal is purely to make a web site it is very quick and easy. If your goal is to become a real programmer that has completely mastered all aspects of web site development - that is a completely different matter and far from easy! To make a web site (if that is your only goal) download a template and edit the content. Time to learn and master. 1 - 3 days. To become a real master at web development. Learn and master HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript just for starters. Frontend. 3 years ++ If you brilliant! Then you can begin to learn backend PHP, Jquery, Node.js etc.
