you dont need to remember all of the tags, just get used to the main ones. As long as you keep writing code you will slowly learn them and how to use them.

Try following:
1. Experiment with different code.
2. Do not try to remeber, keep references of your work.
3. Try to reuse similar code.
4. Keep practising.

Coding is another skill like cycling, in starting you fear, however with time and practise it comes into sub conscious brain.

It is not necessary to remember all of them. Keep some notes, practise a lot and you'll become better and better.

I read the study books 100 times but I still not absorb anything from it.And still not understand

But I code/programming 1 time I remember it,well
Becus I love it.And it's fun.It's epic.It's easy to understand
