languages are mostly just a way to put your logic on the board.
Different language are made with different goals like one language could be for simplicity in developing graphical applications others could be made for data analytics.Due to this certain things are easier in one language than in other.

What do you mean when you say most advanced language?
Is it a language which can do most of the things possible to do using a computer or easy to use or what?
