What is the use of multiple sources when inserting audio to your code?

When I did insert multiple sources with the attribute <source SRC=""> the code did not play any of the songs I listed and the file path and directory were all correct

the error is about your code or about the audio linked .
btw , the usage is if the src put in source tags didn't work , it will try the others.

thanks a lot, the error was from my code. the file format wasn't supported
