I want to make an page loading system like an horse is running or the progress bar is showing the progress on the bar and how to connect it to my website / webpage

What happens if the loading stalls? Horsy will run but be stuck? From an animation standpoint it would make no sense... Stixk to loaders that won't ridicule the user... However you need to attach to the progressbar tag...
