Error in the drop-down menu

Here is the error in the drop-down menu when you choose some tab. Can anyone explain what's wrong?

I go through "my answers" and notive this. Sorry I didn't realise that you have answered my previous question. A tips for you, you can tag people with @ so they will know you tag them from notification.

I tested but seems the tabs are functioning well.
Can you be more specific, which tab is malfunctioning when you are browsing which page?

Hey Gordon;)
For example: select the "History" tab, then "News".
1. I thought that drop-down menus should disappear automatically, but it doesn't disappear.
2. If you select any tabs in "History", then you can't select any tabs in "albums" or "members" after this.
