Question

Hey guys i want to make a alarm clock like iron man. Now, my idea is that i make 4 different videos with a greeting, the time, and the weather( i make one video for sunny, one for cloudy, one for rainy and one for snowy because the rest is everyday the same) My idea was to create a small program, which reads a weather website and choosing the right video right after. Is that possible and how should i do this?
I would be really happy if some people could give me an answer 👍🏽

You can do this using any language like C++ , Java , Python...
