How to create an application which consists of database?

It will ask for information from the client and store it. such that at the end it should display the entered data given by the user.

Explain this a little more. Give me an example to go off of. I would recommend using an array possibly, and putting the information through there. You could even go as far as creating a class database to enter the information.
