Freezing daily streak - is it possible?

Hey. I, accidentally, recently broke my daily streak (over 180 days in a row) and now it counts from the beginning. Is there a chance (or maybe there already is such function, but i didn't notice ) that there will be introduced thing like 'streak freeze', like on duolingo? Its function would be preventing user from loosing his streak during one day inactivity. I guess it would require a currency (like lingots on duo), so you would be able to buy it, but i would gladly use something like this. What do you think? Or maybe you know something I don't? Let me know :D

There isn't one. If you wish, you can send this suggestion to Sololearn using the in-app feedback feature or through info@sololearn.com Thanks :D

A good way of monetizing the value ;) but not in the spirit of free learning, I suppose. Sure the xp for keeping streaks is cool and motivating, but hey, in the end it doesn't carry any real value. Neither do XPs in general :)

Defeats the purpose of a streak.

Of course i know that's not what it is all about, just wanted to make sure that if I go to the countryside where there is almost no mobile connectivity, i will be able to keep it or not. Thanks for responses ;)

*sighs* If you want immunity from losing your streak so bad, _anyone_ can have it: https://www.sololearn.com/post/38680/?ref=app
