About HTML Button Borders Resetting

Question

I have noticed that when we use button tag, then there is a yellow border appears after clicking it. Is there any way to remove this type of Border ? Please answer

I prefer to change the color to a color that matches my design. My reasoning is this: Lets say a persons mouse freezes or the battery dies and they need to tab through the page... having a focus allows them to see where the tab is.
