Html. Image centering ??

Hey guys.
This code here is not centering my image to the middle of the page. It's just stuck on the left hand side and won't move.

How do I get it to center ?

write your HTML code like this : <center><img></center>

Thanks. Doing my computer science at college and It's been a while since I learnt html basics. Taken me ages just to get the code for the image and a background lol
