What are some good places to talk to people with similar goals?

SoloLearn has been a great resource but other than comments it is hard to interact with people. Are there any other resources out there where i can meet people with a similar skill level and have more interaction with them?

I think it would be useful to learn how to code alongside others but I am not sure how to go about this. Also if anyone on here would like to try and do some kind of project together or talk more about our progress please let me know.

There is an app, I dont know how its called, that allows you to talk to people interested in the same things as you.
