hey go for oracle 9i or mySQL minimum ram size will be required 1.5 GB for windows xp sp3

oracle has it's own local database after installation it will create a local connection as sysdba

Navicat is the best software for windows .but, its not free ..BT, there have chance to use trill version ..also you will find crack version on google .try one of them ....its best software
