HTML5 - <audio> tag?

Question

Why when I put an <audio> tag on a page via a computer, the music is heard in the background, and when does the same code run on a mobile phone is not heard?

Unfortunately Google Chrome forbids the audio to be played in background without explicit consent by the user.

There are some tricky way to do it tho, but most of them may be considered as bugs and may be solved soon by the Google team. Never rely your whole application on software bugs.
